Who this covers
This policy covers the Keith’s Test Garage properties: this website (keithstestgarage.com) and the private community forum at community.keithstestgarage.com, a self-hosted Discourse forum. “I” and “we” mean Keith’s Test Garage.
Signing in with Patreon
The community forum uses Patreon OAuth for sign-in. When you connect your Patreon account, we receive:
- Your Patreon account ID
- Your email address
- Your membership tier / pledge status
That information is used solely for authentication and access control — verifying you’re a member and giving you the right level of forum access. Nothing else. We don’t see or store your payment details; those stay with Patreon.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. There are no ad networks or data brokers involved.
Transactional email from the forum — account confirmations, notifications, digests — is delivered via Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend only as needed to send you those messages.
Cookies
We use session and login cookies only — the kind needed to keep you signed in to the forum or members area. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots, which may set its own cookie while verifying you’re human. The website also uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate site traffic — things like page views, not who you are.
Deleting your account or data
Want your forum account or any data we hold about you deleted? Email keithstestgarage@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. Disconnecting the app from your Patreon account settings also stops any future data from flowing to us.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
