On-Site Overhaul

I load up the KTG mobile workshop and drive to you. Then we rebuild your shop where it stands — iteratively, together.

  1. Brainstorm first.

Every overhaul starts with the $100 Zoom brainstorm. It’s a meet & greet where I get a chance to learn about you and your space, and we have a chance to do some brainstorming to figure out which direction to go.

  2. Scope it.

Full Overhaul: If an on-site visit is the right call, we begin scoping to define the work, budget, and date range. Most full-workshop overhauls land between $5k and $15k depending on scope and travel.

Garage Reset & Kickoff: Want to build out your own workshop, but the initial reset is what’s holding you back? A 2–3 day on-site sprint: we clear the space, go through your stuff, make the hard decisions together, and draw up plans you can run with. Typically $3k including travel — and since a reset needs decisions more than it needs my table saw, this one works anywhere, not just within trailer range.

  3. The visit.

I park my tiny mobile workshop in your driveway, and we get to work. Iteratively, we’ll build/test/adjust to address fluency findings on the spot. You decide whether we crank it to 7 or 11. (On a Reset & Kickoff, the building takes a back seat — we’re sorting, deciding, and drawing up plans.)

  4. After.

You’re left with a workshop that’s built for you & your space, with room for tomorrow.

Current state, what you want out of it, where you’re located, and any budget or timing targets — helps me size things up.

Overhauls are on-site. I’ll reply by email to talk scope, travel, and scheduling — and we’ll still start with a brainstorm call.
