Most portable band saw tables out there seem to neglect at least one of the following critical (IMO) design considerations:
- Quick and easy to mount
- Quick and easy to unmount
- Automatic squaring
- Don’t mess with the saw
Unsatisfied, I built a quick prototype out of wood to attempt to satisfy all of the above. It works very well and I have zero plans to make a nicer version.
In this video, I neglect the table and instead focus on the functional considerations listed above.
